An easy
and quick fix side dish to serve with rice and roti. Very nutritious too with
the veggies. Great for a quick lunch box package and good for a light night
dinner.

Chicken
Sausages – 4
Garlic
– 4 cloves
Onion
– 1 medium
Tomato
– 1 medium
Capsicum
– 1 medium
Chilly
powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric
powder – ¼ tsp
Garam
Masala – ½ tsp
Oil
– 1 tsp
Salt
to taste
Preparation Method
1. Heat oil in a kadai, add chopped
chicken sausage. Stir fry for 5 minutes.
2. Then add finely chopped garlic
and fry for a minute.
3. Then add chopped onion and fry
till golden brown.
4. Then add chopped capsicum and fry
for 2 minutes.
5. Then add chopped tomatoes and fry
for 2 minutes.
6. Then add chilly powder, turmeric
powder, garam masala and salt.
7. Stir fry for 5 minutes.
8. Serve hot.
