Try to incorporate
vegetables into egg omelettes, this is a tricky way to get our kids eat
vegetables.

Ingredients
Egg - 2
Lauki / Sorakkai
grated - 1 cup
Red chilli powder -
1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - a
pinch
Ginger Garlic paste -
1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for the dosa tawa
Preparation
Method
1. In a mixing bowl,
add egg and beat well.
2. To the egg add all
the other ingredients except oil and mix well.
3. Heat a dosa tawa
in the stove and grease it with oil and make omelette.
4. Serve hot with
tomato sauce or bread toast or for lunch.
