Mangoes are known to
produce heat to the body, but yet they are available only in the hot summer
season. You can combine them with milk or yogurt to make their heat reduce. In
this recipe I have added mango, yogurt and milk and made a tasty chill lassi
for all the lassi lovers. Hope you will enjoy it as much as I loved it.
Mango Lassi
No. of Serving : 3
Ingredients
Mango ripe - 1 large
Yogurt fresh - 1 cup
Milk cold - 1/2 cup
Water cold - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Preparation
Method
1. Peel and chop the mango into cubes. Keep aside.
2. In a blender add the mango cubes and grind to a
thick paste.
3. To this add yogurt, milk, water and sugar and
blend well.
4. Add water or milk according to your
consistency.
5. Serve chill.
