Mudakathan Keerai is
an healthy and medicinal greens. It's used as a remedy for joint pain and
arthritis. It's used to cure cough, cold and also dandruff. I added tomato to cut the bitterness of the greens and also added red chilli for added taste.
Mudakathan Keerai Dosai
No. of Servings : 5
Ingredients
Dosai batter - 4 cups
Mudakathan keerai - 2
cup
Red chilli - 2
Tomato - 1 medium
Preparation
Method
1. Separate the leaves of the keerai from the
vine.
2. Wash well 4 times
3. Grind to paste along with tomato and red
chilli.
4. Add it to dosai batter and mix well.
5. Make dosai and serve with chutney and sambar.
It does well with idli podi also.
