Yummy Roasted
Capsicum Chicken !!!
My twist on the
capsicum chicken is that I have pan roasted the capsicum and tomatoes and
ground them to thick paste before adding to the chicken. This made a lot of
difference in the taste and flavour. This dish turned out good and tasted yummy
!!!
Capsicum is a good
source of vitamin c. It boost the immune system and prevents cell damage.
