Coconut Rava Kesari



My twist on the regular rava kesari is that I have added coconut paste for a nice and different flavour, the flavour and taste was delicious :)

Coconut Rava Kesari

No. of Servings : 5

Ingredients

Rava - 1 cup

Sugar - 3/4 cup

Milk - 1 cup

Water - 1 1/2 cup

Thick coconut paste - 4 tbsp

Cardamom powder - 1 tsp

Ghee - 2 tbsp



Preparation Method

1. Fry rava in ghee till a nice aroma comes, keep aside.

2. Boil water, milk, coconut paste and cardamom powder.

3. When it comes to a boil, add the rava little by little stirring continuously.

4. When the mixture thickens add sugar and stir for 5 minutes.

5. Garnish with nuts fried in ghee.
