Lauki Egg Omelette / Sorakkai Omelette

Egg - 2
Lauki / Sorakkai grated - 1 cup
Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Ginger Garlic paste - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for the dosa tawa
1. In a mixing bowl, add egg and beat well.
2. To the egg add all the other ingredients except oil and mix well.
3. Heat a dosa tawa in the stove and grease it with oil and make omelette.
4. Serve hot with tomato sauce or bread toast or for lunch.
