Homemade Dal Powder
This homemade dal powder can be used when frying
vegetables or even for porriyal and kootu.
Ingredients
Urad Dal - 100 gms
Bengal Gram - 150 gms
Red chilli - 20 - 25
Preparation
Method
Dry roast the ingredients one by one and grind
them together to a fine powder.
